TRiP Foundation’s Morocco Projects

Morocco is a country of deep history, strong traditions, and resilient communities. While many travelers experience Morocco through its cities, landscapes, and crafts, access to education remains a major challenge for girls in rural and underserved regions.

Where Sidewalks End stands firmly behind our TRIP philosophy: Travel Responsibly, Impact Positively. As part of our commitment to ensuring a positive impact from our guests’ travels, we donate 2% of the gross sales price of every tour or experience booked through Where Sidewalks End. *

We support a social, environmental, or community-based project in the country our guests visit. These donations are made by us, on behalf of our guests, at no additional cost to them.

As local representatives working closely with communities across Morocco, we believe giving back should be built into travel itself, not treated as an extra obligation placed on guests who are already investing in meaningful journeys.

Organization: Education For All Morocco LTD

About this Organization

Education For All Morocco (EFAM) works to improve access to secondary and higher education for girls from some of Morocco’s most underserved rural communities. Many girls face long distances to schools, cultural barriers, and limited family resources, which often force them to leave education at an early age.

Through safe boarding houses, academic support, and specialised educational programs, EFAM helps girls remain in school, complete secondary education, and pursue university or professional careers. The organisation has been supporting girls and their communities in Morocco for over 17 years, creating long-term change through education.

How This Project Helps

Expands Access to Education – Provides safe accommodation, meals, and academic support so girls can attend secondary school.
Supports Long-Term Opportunity – Helps girls progress to university, vocational training, and professional careers.
Reduces Gender Inequality – Education enables girls to delay early marriage, increase earning potential, and gain greater independence.
Strengthens Communities – Educated women contribute to healthier families, stronger local economies, and future generations.
