3 Days ex Kanchanaburi
Includes 2 half-day activities
We recognized that when someone visits a new city, it's difficult to figure out what's worth doing and what's not. We believe that cities often have so much to offer, but it can be frustrating weeding through all the 'options' to find the things that really interest you the most! We feel that your vacation should be spent ENJOYING those activites… not searching online or at a local travel agency sorting through endless options, and trying to decide between them all.
With these considerations in mind, we came up with a short list of some of the best, most culturally immersive, educational and exciting things you can do in and around the city, and let you choose what feels best for you.
All you have to do is choose your favourite options and leave the rest of the planning and coordinating to us. Easy! Now you can spend your vacation the way it should be… relaxing, exploring and adventuring!
*Prices are $200 per person, based on double occupancy. A single supplement of $75 is required for individuals or odd numbers of travellers in need of their own room, private transportation and/or guide.
*Group discounted rates may be given for groups of 6 explorers or more. Contact Us for details.

Please note: WSE Travel does not operate many of these activities ourselves. We will do our best to work with you and the operators to ensure you can join your desired activities.
Erawan Falls
Half Day Tour
Completely breathtaking, this multi-leveled waterfall system carries aquamarine water over its limestone base, making it not only gorgeous, but incredibly inviting too! With some possible swimming areas, this is a great place to cool off and get some of the best waterfall selfies on facebook! Erawan is amongst the most famous waterfall in Thailand, so you may not be alone.
Mae Khamin Waterfalls
Half Day Tour
Mae Khamin is a set of waterfalls with two levels. The “top level” brings you through the jungle and is more for hiking. The lower ones are closer to Erawan falls and good for swimming. A lot less crowded than Erawan falls – mostly have only seen a few Thais there. You still get the same gorgeous coloured water as Erawan too!
Tam Phratat Cave
Half Day Tour
Holy Bat Cave, Batman. Well, actually there aren’t many (if any) bats living here, but the Tam Phratat Cave is HUGE! You won’t see many tourists here, other than a few local thai tourists, and it’s right in the middle of the gorgeous national park! For those who like spelunking (cave exploring) this is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon!
Bridge of the River Kwai
Half Day Tour
One of Kanchanaburi’s most iconic attactions, you can head into the city to visit the famous bridge over the river Khwai and surrounding market areas. You will have private return transport about an hour from the homestay, giving you an opportunity to take a break from the village life and go explore the famous bridge which was used (and destroyed, then rebuilt) during World War II.
Village Cooking Course
Half Day Tour
Everyone has tried Pad Thai – and it’s a typical dish to see in most cooking schools around the country. It’s not a typical dish you’d see prepared in a Thai household, however. Learn how to make “Thai home cooking” with this interactive experience. Unlike your traditional Thai cooking class, you will actually be ‘helping mom in the kitchen’ as you are guided through as a member of the family in preparing the feast* for the evening.
*Please Note: Most dietary requirements CAN be accommodated, though will require advanced notice to ensure the proper ingredients are purchased.
2 Hour Traditional Thai Massage
Half Day Tour
A stark contrast to the ‘Massaaaaaaaaaaage’ yelling ladies of the big cities, Thai massages have a deep rooted part of Thai village and family life. Sometimes you’ll see a child alongside their grandmother, walking on the back of his or her parents. Everyone helps, and everyone takes turns. You can experience a tradtional Thai massage, the way that Thai’s would be accustomed to get them. This is a village favourite amongst many guests.
